Nutrition education, should be so easy, but is it? How much information is enough? How much information is too much? If someone has been eating a certain way for the past 40 years are they really going to decide not to because we hand them a 10 page handout on foods they should avoid? Are they even going to read it? Personally I don't think so. I think the most effective nutrition education is one that keeps things simple, one page, a few big offenders they can avoid and just the basics. Here's a low sodium diet education handout I use, feel free to copy it to help you with your nutrition education, I just ask that you don't remove my name from it, plagiarize it or sell it for profit. Enjoy :)
